I’ve been a huge fan of International SOS. They have clinics in many place and a US number with a doctor online at all times. They found me a doctor in Livingston, Zambia when I was very sick there and monitored and advised me in Cambodia when I wasn’t well and had a clinic available in my next stop which I ended up not needing. They also have med evac. I think they would have paid me back for the doc in Zambia which included malaria testing but it was so cheap I didn’t bother with the paperwork.
