Stayed here for 4 nights, about six weeks ago. Enjoyed my stay. Booked a corner room and was "upgraded" to highest floor. (No suites, I think.) Liked the views, and the blackout curtains.
The vibe is definitely Gen Z though. All staff are young, dressed casually, have multiple tattoos, but are always friendly and professional. My bags arrived late (after midnight) due to an almost mis-connect in HKG; the staff were concerned and gave updates -- through the Chat App. Bumped into a fellow Gen-X'er at breakfast and he and I were laughing that we've never felt so old and kinda out of place. (To be fair, again, everyone was courteous, friendly and professional.)

Other notes: Was given a credit for breakfast which left a balance of BHT80 per day for me to sign for -- weird as this was such a small amount that they could have easily comp'ed I thought? I thought the breakfast was fine. Nothing great, but made-to-order egg dishes were welcome. Also liked the location -- right next door to Big C supermarket/dept store, and walking distance to Central World/Paragon, etc.

One thing I didn't like: When it was time to get a cab back to the airport, the staff downstairs insisted on calling their "trusted" cab service which was BHT500. (Normal cabs are usually BHT400; my Thai friends insist on even less, i.e. BHT350 maximum.). YMMV.
