With all the negative changes it’s refreshing to see a Premium Hyatt a Park acting like a true 5
star.When I was last there we were nickel and dimed for water and a few extra sides on a Continental
breakfast for 2 which led me to other luxury properties.
I may give them another try next time in Chicago as it sounds like the pettiness may be over 👍
It is a hotel I truly like and it’s time to check out the new renovation
Yeah, definitely no nickel and dime during my stay. Most nights we needed more water than the 2 given per day, and they just gave us a bag of 5-7 bottles delivered to our room, no questions asked.
