My flight was also my first flight on Porter (YYZ->SFO on Porter after SFO->YYZ on AC). It was also something of a mixed experience--at some point I'd love to fly out of YTZ for that experience but not this time.

Positives included the fact that wine was served in an actual glass made of glass, not a paper or plastic cup. It was also free even in economy. The departure lounge area was much nicer than most airport gate areas. They also accepted debit cards for food purchases (minor difference in that AC does not).

Negatives included an unnecessarily stern attitude on the part of some of the flight attendants, and too much drama finding space for carry on bags. They were still monkeying around trying to find carry on space at the scheduled departure time--other airlines are more efficient in that regard.
