Starlux's WIFI sucks and it is basically unusable. If you need WiFi, please avoid Starlux at all costs. You will be lucky if you get over an hour of workable WiFi.
EVA Air's WiFI is pretty stable but please remember that you are flying across the Pacific Ocean, and WiFi speed can vary.
Routing varies from day to day. If you use it for emails and some basic surfing, it is okay, but don't rely it for work.

i think in my case i only need messaging.. so if it's slow that's not a problem.. but of course if there's no Internet that's unfortunate.. Starlux operates flights across the Pacific so I thought they might have better coverage than say Delta.. according to Delta's WiFi coverage map.. they don't have any coverage at the Pacific Ocean once you leave the west coast of the U.S.. sadly, Starlux has no such coverage map on their web site
