I saw for Delta's onboard WiFi they don't have any coverage over the Pacific Ocean.. and I seem to recall no working WiFi on transPacific flights.

Starlux advertises their WiFi and all of Starlux's longhauls are transPacific.

Does the WiFi work on Starlux's transPacific flights? and is that because they use Starlink whereas Delta uses another provider? I was curious and couldn't find an answer anywhere.
Wifi situation I would rate CI being the most stable of them all, JX being the worst. Over the pacific ocean the signal may not be great for all carriers, but that's an satellite issue (and dependent on the routes taken).

BR I believe offers 30 min free in Business and you can get another 30 min if you connect the regular hotspot.
JX offers free text for all cabin and extra for the premium cabins.
CI offers free wifi for Business pax and Dynasty tier members on long haul.
