A joke airline? I think so. Sure this is only my second flight with them and in many ways they remind me of Malaysian airlines. They maybe try but it's kinda funny.

Check-in at HND. No real Q to mention at business class check in yet it took ages. Love the way it seems to be two staff per check in area desk. One trying to do the issuing the other dealing with the bags. Love the job creation. Effective? Not really!! boarding at HND. Well they decided to board both economy and biz pax for the bus together. Crammed on bus. Despite separe Q's for group boarding. Seriously makes busy BA flights look wonderful!! . On boarding no boarding pass check. In fact no welcome. Find your way even without a courtesy direction pointing so incredibly some pax seemed and looked "lost". (Wrong side of the aisle).

Wrong menus issued....(Shame it looked better the first one). So menus first issued hastily removed from your hands and second menu blonked down. For a 9 hour flight....no pre dinner drinks it's like Japanese or international oh and what you want to drink. Foil covered main meal. No nuts etc. no towel. Champagne look warm. Crew seem indifferent. Awful cabin biz layout on the Dreamliner...(Do ANA lovers really like this?). Movie choice not exactly great. PJs supplied after asking. Overall cabin looks dated (reminds me of 1980s waltzers at UK fun fares ) and service is a bit of a joke. No privacy. Cards for wifi? Really! Has this inspired me to move from one world? Never!!

I did quite like the lounge though at HND.
