The last page gave me the "Cancellation Overview" which let me know that it'll be a full refund in a minimum of 7 business days to my credit card. Then I click continue, and it's all of a sudden an Porter air credit good for 1 year. Chat agent was useless, and now I'm in a call hold, transfer 3 times now, pattern.
As I printed out every page showing it was supposed to be a refund, but then it brought up a airline credit page as "final". It seems I only have a credit card dispute route left since I'm in a hold/transfer game with Porter.
Any other way to resolve this with Porter or just the dispute route? Thank you.
edit to add: the flight is 3 days out, so it's well within their 1 hour prior to flight limit.
You have to call in to request a refund instead of credit.
