Flying DTW(LH)-FRA(EN)-PSA on October 19th. Arrival is typically in Z gates and departure in B gates according to Flightaware. Connection time is 1 hr 55 min. No checked bags. 3 passengers will be on connecting tickets, 2 on self transfer tickets due to Lifemiles not being an Air Dolomiti partner. What process will we go through going from Z to B? Is that enough time? US passports all.

You should arrive clean. If you get a Z gate, go downstairs to A and through immigration. Then proceed to your gate. If it's B there is a tunnel, just follow the signs.
If you arrive in B non-Schengen, make sure you exit straight into the departures level (where you can remain clean) and don't go upstairs to arrivals (where you would then require transit security). Then look for the bus to Z and proceed as per the original instructions.
All your other alternative paths require exiting the secure area and would add transit security. Immigration in B is outside security, would dump you landside where you can walk to A security. The SkyTrain is also outside security, but is an alternative path to Z if the bus isn't running.
Looks like LH433 is an early morning arrival, so expect immigration to be busy but hopefully not too long queues.
