If you really want an arrivals Lounge you can book the "Zeitgeist" VIP Lounge on arrival, i think it's 425 Euros for 1 person. They would pick you up at the aircraft, take you through immigration and customs into the Lounge. Similiar to the VIP services at LAX or JFK.
But as you come from a non-schengen flight you have to go through immigration first, not different from arrivals in the US.
