Simply taking away someones empty glass, without asking if they want more, when there are still several meal courses coming, has zero to do with the passenger being introverted or not and everything to do with being borderline rude / not good at their job / not trained properly (this mostly). We're not talking about some $10 self-service Burgerking here.
