The AI lounge in JFK is pretty basic & all passengers get access to the same lounge. There is a tiny seating section that is reserved for First passengers.

It was so crowded the last time I was there that I left the lounge after 15 minutes. Went to Dunkin Donuts, got a coffee & just walked around the terminal till it was time to board.
