Question Misleading Mint seat maps

Searching both cash and award flights recently for travel next month, I've seen the single-seat suites available in several Mint (JFK/BOS-SFO) flights when I first click on "Seats" before trying to book. But when it comes time to check out, the suite availability has disappeared. I did find one flight where the suite availability remained even when it came time to check out. But for the most flights, it's no longer there.

I'm not shocked that the suites are in reality gone, but just confused about why the map initially shows availability.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this just a regular glitch in JetBlue's site?

Thanks for any advice.
