Unable to buy/transfer points
I've had the same odd issue where my 2FA verification codes receive the following rejection:
"Something went wrong, and your request wasn't submitted. Please try again later."
I have tried different devices, web browsers, private windows, disabling ad blockers, all to no avail. I've contacted Hilton multiple times about this issue; the latest message was an update about their system experiencing technical difficulties with no known time estimate for resolution.
Has anyone had any luck bypassing the above rejection?
