Actually, the Residence Inn Anaheim Maingate (at 1700 S Clementine St, Anaheim, CA), in walking distance of Disneyland Park, became Clementine Hotel & Suites around 2019, without any other brands between those two.

The hotel's website shows four room types, including "Bi-Level Loft Suite." In its overview of suites, the website mentions, "No elevator access; Stairs only."
