I thought that's a SAS specialty. They literally don't give a damn about you and instead they either chat with their colleagues who are on duty or traveling off-duty.

I also think it's ok that they don't come around to fill up your drinks as long as they are ok when you ask for it. SAS refused to offer me tea because it is only served during coffee time even in C!
