Why Biz, company pays and it gives most flexibility allowing me to grab an earlier flight and not be stuck in the back or a middle seat.
With that gone there is no guarantee. Everything is a big unknown. Business travel is all about eliminating unknows.
WN is doing nothing to indicate they understand business travel. All the changes are focused on getting more economy passengers.
The key to status is to focus on an airline. WN is giving no reason to focus on them. I know what I am getting with legacy carrier so it makes sense to focus there since WN is giving every indication that is the direction they are going.
