I usually rent at least 1 EV/PHEV a week (I take them in every rental I can get if I'm not going >300 miles or so) and the chargers are hit or miss - I assume due to theft as they never check for them upon return. The two Mustangs I rented didn't have the chargers but most times the Kias/Genesis do have them. The G80 even comes with a "reverse" charger so you can charge items from the car TO other 110V plugs. If I'm taking an EV, and it doesn't have a plug, I find one in a nearby car as I don't want to be without one.
