Iberia Bus flex refund: voucher or credit card?
Hi
I'm new here, apologies if obvious.
Iberia website states with Bus Flex can cancel ( as long as 2 hours in advance) and get refund . But I see conflicting info as to whether it's only a voucher or you get refunded to original method of payment ( eg credit card)
And what actually happens in practice?
