Just landed from KL today and I approached the IO (in brown uniform) who was manning the hall entry point, just out of curiosity – she explicitly said J/F pax can use the priority lanes, and another male IO standing next to her also confirmed this.

No need to purchase any passes or anything like that (if it even exists in the first place, that is...).

For all the negative DPs surrounding this – I think they were simply dealt with by a misinformed AOT staff.
