We’re approaching close to 2 months from the CrowdStrike melt down. Has anyone received a response from Delta regarding their EC261 claim? I’m past the 30 days from my EC261 submission to Delta and no response. Considering that the US is considering similar EC261 rules, I know that the US DOT is not the proper authority for European Union rules/laws, but a DOT complaint that Delta is not responding within 30 days is legitimate for the US DOT.
