My stay changed to Confirmed status
I had a couple more changed to "confirmed" status this weekend.
I reached out to TCB via their messaging portal since several of my claims are 99+ days old. The response was instantaneous (automated) and said "The estimated payable timeframe provided by the retailer is just a guideline and sometimes it can take a little longer for retailers to pass funds on to us."
Fingers crossed.
