It's unlikely unless they sell out Premium Economy and think they have a chance to sell more (still 3 seats available to sell), but there could be people ahead of you that have a higher status than you that will get processed first. When you check-in at T-24 you can start to view the UG list and that will give you the best indication as to how likely it is to clear at the gate.

There could also be Bid Upgrades (Cash) that could clear at T-48 which would further reduce the number of seats available for UG at the gate.
