That seems way too generous for a ‘tactical’ partner only. I’m no expert but from what I can see, according to VS website, for LY it’s the following:
Leg 1 - Fare basis G
MileCalc 7,574 miles
Virgin Atlantic 50% miles & 25 Tier points

Leg 6 - Fare basis J
MileCalc 5,677 miles
Virgin Atlantic 125% & 75 Tier points

I suspect you may have been looking at AF/KLM flights chart?
