Came back from VCE in July on a 321 Neo. 1 person in the cabin. Was flying economy. As concierge it would have been nice. But they didn’t!

For sure the tier credits… I was jesting towards the previous arguments I’ve had to have, not only that the “drink and snack” were included but they didn’t want to give the G&T on top of the “expensive” breakfast… since then they’ve clarified as snack or sandwich/wrap on the website…
