After you clear departures passport controls, you can clearly see the arrivals passport control area through a glass wall on the left side. In plain view, there is a monitor with the flight numbers that qualify connecting passengers to use those booths.
Arriving from BKK today, I looked around and saw no monitors, then I made a point in asking the border guard and he confirmed they have no such thing. "Rajatarkastuksessa kaikki ovat yhdenvertaisia", he said, ie. at border control, everyone is equal.

I have seen such monitors in the corridor leading to transit security and at the transit security checkpoint, though.
