I recently drove a Mach-E AWD and was thoroughly impressed. The vehicle was a joy to operate, No mobile charging kits are included in any AVIS rental, nor are Tesla adapters. I have has the Mach E and KIA EV in past rentals.

The Mach-E features a convenient flap that reveals a plug for fast charging (CCS) at non-Tesla stations. Unfortunately, slow charging stations are practically useless unless you have many hours to spare. Luckily, I discovered a fantastic 20-spot fast charging location near me that could reach 80% charge in approximately 25 minutes. After 80%, the charging rate slows down significantly.
Like IAHtraveler mentioned above i was out at 8/8 and in at 8/8 with around a 70 to 75% charge, most people do not return these vehicles over 50%, according to the owner at my Neighborhood AVIS location, as it is difficult to find working CCS fast charging stations. Avis has had to tow some Ford and KIA vehicles back to the airport from my local AVIS that were under a 20% charge.
