I am currently in my 14th rental with Hertz in 2024 and I have another scheduled for next week. When I hit 10, I emailed and called and Twitter chatted to try to get my 5 star status, but my account only showed 8 rentals. All 10 were showing as receipts and in my account activity, but numbers of rentals was 8. After the Twitter chat told me to call and I said that the call people told me to Twitter etc etc.... I finally got someone who at least put my status at Five Star. But I still show 8 rentals for the year. (most are international, btw). I keep emailing them all 13 rentals with reservation and contract numbers but they won't update my account!! I am new to this group and had no idea how negative the Hertz reviews are. Any idea how to get them to correctly update my account??
