How do we complain about the complaints process? I'm out by about 40-50k avios.
And all of these have now been cancelled by the merchants. Sigh.
All gave the usual bland list of possible reasons - Not the last click, transaction refunded, used voucher codes, etc - none of which apply. And the complaints link just puts you back into the same loop that they never respond to.
Presumably BAEC are still getting their click-through commissions for our extra work buying through them though...
But it appears to be so broken for customers that it's not at all fit for purpose. And that's being kind.
If there are by chance any BA lurkers reading this, when are you going to fix this?
