I believe your problem is that the list of airport codes you are entering has one or more invalid codes. The old interface didn't care if you entered an invalid airport code. The new interface expects all codes that you enter to be valid.
Unfortunately I can't think of a good way to evaluate all the airport codes against the new interface automatically.
Hint: See if the list of airport codes you are entering contains APC.
