Have you considered the possibility that the crew on the LAX-ATL flight were not informed of the fact you were hitting 1MM on that flight (instead of just assuming they knew and were ignoring you)? I don't think it's that complicated. If you really want to be recognized, then give DL some advance notice about your crossing flight. But don't be surprised if you don't get any recognizition if you don't bother to tell them in advance.
I wasn’t surprised or expecting anything from the crew on either flight. I was just stating that it didn’t happen on the actual flight that I crossed the threshold as a data point for others.
my comment about DL crews executing like 9E crews is more of a general statement based off how much better the 9E crews execute on the majority of my flights with them. Didnt mean to come off like I was wanting DL to throw a party for me.
