It seems that the fair use for non-tethering is 10GB/day before throttling. FAQs also mention providing wifi hotspot network access but from what I've read, many combini guest wifi networks were decommissioned during ~2022, so YMMV.

That's an interesting product. I don't think there is any other SMS + data combination offering? Given that a phone number has to be assigned in order for SMS to work, yet not allowing voice is an interesting decision.
There were other domestic sms + data plans offered which didn't require MyNumber registration to activate but it seems like most MVNOs discontinued that. There are still contract MVNO domestic offerings for sms + data
