EB award cancellation policy?
I'm a newly minted EBG and I booked a business-class flight ORD-CPH on SK.
I intend to only connect at ORD on a separate ticket, and the best option would be AA, but then I would have only 2 hours on the ground.
How soon before departure can you cancel an SAS Business Bonus ticket? I think they changed the rules a year ago or so?
Of course I couldn't find anything on the internet, as usual with SAS....
