Just wondering if I should be concerned:
We are on MCO-YUL tomorrow and just checked in for our flights. We do not appear on the upgrade list in the app. Our online booking still shows that we are waitlisted for business.
Prior to this, on Friday, on the outbound of the same ticket, our PNR was split and my wife was downgraded from a previous upgrade on a latitude fare. We were able to switch flights and get her back into business. We also both received notification that we were downgraded on tomorrow's MCO-YUL segment, even though we were never upgraded.
Should I be concerned that we do not appear on the upgrade list?
