If this is not enough, how much time do you think I should allocate for connection?

Thanks, and I am super excited to be back in Japan again!
You don't need to check in at Haneda, you'll get your boarding pass at CTS. If you have checked luggage that will be checked through (remember to go to the check in counter for international connections). There are busses from airside in the domestic terminal to international.
