This Hilton has no Diamond recognition whatsoever. Literally lost money staying here. They told us they were sold out so they can't give us an upgrade. But if we wanted to pay $15 per night we could get an upgraded room (on a higher floor). I said, shouldn't that be included as a Diamond? They said no. We only have a few select rooms available for Diamond upgrades. These cost money.

No late checkout provided... had to leave hotel at 11am. And then they charge you $5 PER bag to store the bags which you can't leave int the room since you get kicked out. Lost another $15 doing this. Out $90 total so far.

Got the usual $18 pp credit towards breakfast - not enough to cover meal. Lost more money eating out since their fee doesn't cover breakfast.

They text you asking how your stay is but never respond back to my texts asking for things. What's the point of texting us - only to not respond?

The front desk is understaffed and long lines are there all day and night. When we call down we are met with hang ups. True absurdity going on over here.

If I am going to get NO diamond benefits and actually lose money staying here - may as well be a free agent. At least then I can stay at a cute boutique hotel where service is up to standard.
