Hi, just checking that this issue is also what people think is affecting me.

I flew on 8th Sept, the same date as my old TP collection year ended. On 9th Sept my old TPs were erased and then on the 11th I got credited the Avios for the 8th Sept flight but no tier points.
I was deducted 395 TPs which is the number I'd earned before the flight on the 8th. Should I just wait until I get re-credited my points for my "new" year to see if the ones from the 8th are actually missing? Like others I don't keep track of my lifetime points so I can't tell if that's correct or not.
