If I book a holiday with car hire, and the flight isn't due to land until say towards midnight, do I have to pick the car up then?
Looking at something that arrives in SEA around 11:15pm (or PDX at 11:59pm), and not sure if I would fancy picking up the car at that time of night, and drive somewhere strange in the dark whilst potentially tired. Would rather collect at say 9am next day after a good night's sleep.
(doesn't seem to be any way of changing a pick up time without booking it as a custom trip which adds a few hundred to the price)
You can pick up the car whenever you like, but if you are European you will lose one nights qualification for the 5 nights of double TP if you pick it up the next morning instead of one booked before midnight the day before. If you are in the US then you may lose your qualification for double TPs entirely.
