Hey folks, not sure if this is a common occurrence, but need inputs.

I flew YYZ-EZE on Sep 6, and EZE-YYZ on Sep 9. Sep 10 and 11 I had a couple of domestic legs. All these flights were on AC metal, booked on AC.com. For some reason, all SQM/SQD have posted, except for the leg on Sep 6, which was the earliest of the lot. Missing points request form isn’t working, tells me “we are unable to request your request for missing points”.

I called into Aeroplan, agent told me the folks who can do this request are unavailable right now, but he’s dropped them a message to look into this. I am going to call again tomorrow/and Monday.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Will the points show up soon? If they have to process it manually, how much time will it take? I am flying again in 6 days, and I am really counting on using the 35K bag allowance I would get if the SQMs post in time.
