Well, when you know there is a problem at B immigration the train to A or Z is the obvious remedy & given the distance from B to Z/A i find the train quite useful.
Wouldn't it make more sense if a PA was aware of the current situation and guided the relevant passengers through the most efficient path? At least this would add some value to providing this PA service.
