I hope you listened to the advice above and bought an appropriate amount of things to get you over the inconvenience and there is now a suitably hefty claim going in to BA as a result. You can check back here for help with that if needed.
2 weeks without luggage is very poor. I'm not a Rockerfeller but I would probably have spent a few hundred quid on clothes and toiletries given there is no gaurantee my bags will ever arrive at all once they take more than 48 hours. BA should refund all of that.
[EDIT] Just noticed you haven't confirmed whether SIN is you home base or not. Since this is the BA forum, the default is to assume 'not', but the disruption rules differ if it is your home locale.
