Should not be an issue provided that you incoming flight is on time. Most likely TK ground staff will be meeting you on the aerobridge and allow you and other transfer pax to proceed directly to the departures level (circumventing transfer security checks etc).
In case of no TK ground staff, you proceed as any other transit pax, but you are eligible to use the dedicated short connection time transfers. Look out for the signs once you deboard the aircraft and start walking in the terminal. There is no immigration or passport check, but you need to proceed through transfer security checks.
You will make this connection unless the flight from SFO is arriving late. Luckily, there are numerous flights to ATH so if rebooking is needed it shouldn't be the end of the world. Don't worry too much about this.
