Welcome to FT!
The connection time not valid. Minimum is 60 min. Wait for the ticket issuer to contact you regarding rebooking of the ticket. It may take some time before the IT systems detects that this is an illegal IST connection and TK informs the issuer of the ticket that rebooking is needed. There is no point in contacting TK about this as TK will refuse to touch award tickets issued by others, and the issuer of the ticket can't do anything before TK informs that connection is illegal and rebooking needed.
