Seriously. Like everything else with the RCCs, UA is being "penny-wise and dollar-foolish". How much does it cost to staff an RCC? You're paying for the facility, anyway. And we're paying for our memberships.

Treat us - and the facilities - like dirt and we're just as likely to say "shove off". I've waffled for years about getting an RCC membership, but I've had enough of ORD and IAD that I'll do it the first time I get stuck there (to maximize my usable period), but I'm doing it only because it's better then the terminal.

But if things keep deteriorating to the point it isn't, then I may re-think that, much less renew for 2006.
