- Rate: USD 352/night USD before taxes and fees - advertised as a THC "15% discount" rate, which was pretty accurate compared with Hilton site.
- Upgrade: 1 category upgrade to 1 King Bed Residence Suite (I'm HH Gold)
- $100 property credit: 100,000 XPF towards food and beverage.
- Comment: My reservation showed up in the Hilton app, and I saw the upgrade a few days before check-in. They recognized my Gold status and so I got breakfast included. However, even though it appears as a previous stay in my HH account, no points or nights earned (not a "eligible" stay). That was expected with the THC terms, but still glad to book thru Amex since the rate was better, got an F&B credit and still got the Gold breakfast benefits.
After my THC stay Kimpton Margot Sydney last year, I uploaded the folio to IHG, and my account got credited with the stay and points. I guess I just got lucky that time.
