I had the same issue. Statement closed the 7th and still hasn't posted my Skymiles. I did reach out to Amex via their chat. They said that skymiles transfer was rejected by Delta "for some reason." The rep from Amex then said they would request a manual transfer for my skymiles (they gave the exact amount to look for) and to check my Delta Skymiles account in 4-6 hours for an update. I also recently had a fraud alert w/Amex so I had to get a new card about two weeks ago. I'm went into my Delta account and updated my card. Wondering if that had something to do with it.
The AMEX rep also did a manual transfer for mine - but it was also rejected by my Delta account. I’ll be following up with AMEX next week for an update.
