What was good and what was bad?

GOOD
-Smiling staff
- Pleasant interior design with partly vintage furniture.
- Nice
spa area with sauna, steam room, sensory shower and heated outdoor swimming pool.
- Very good breakfast (you know you are in France when you have great Comté cheese and homemade fresh madeleines and jam at breakfast) and very solid restaurant, with pleasant terrace
- Electric bikes can be rented to visit the region (at a steep price of EUR45 or EUR25 half a day).

BAD
- Nothing

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Club? Would you return?
The hotel is really pleasant to enjoy Beaune in the middle of nature.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, next to the Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne (a small but interesting museum for discovering and tasting Burgundy wines; there is a bar with a panoramic view on the top floor of the building).
There is (of course) a wine shop (Millésimes à la Carte) next to the hotel.
- The hotel is a 30-minute walk from the train station (or 7 minutes by Uber, for less than 15 euros).
