The info desk person told me 'nothing official, but hearing early next year' when I was there last weekend. I'll be through this weekend in the evening so can hopefully peek in from the outside; the last couple of times it was too bright outside from direct sunlight to see much beyond reflections of the sky.

The area right in front of the D/E security exit has had a big construction box around it for at least the past few weeks; it's painted Chase Sapphire Blue and has their ads on it. It's almost certainly the future entrance area as there were stairs and an elevator there previously.
