Interesting thought about Hyatt, but I don't even have an account with them.

Great, thanks for the input. Leaning toward changing to Aloft then.

Also debating about pre-pay rate taking it down to $231 All In.

Four points is at $150 All In on Flexible rate. Just not sure there is an easy way to get to it without a shuttle.
Is SFO same as most airports, where Taxi/Uber drivers are not keen to pickup a 2 mile trip? Would assume it would eat up at least $50 in "savings" if I go that route?
Just reporting back. Ending up cancelling my Bangkok reservation in favor of a condo, so had the points available to book the Burlingame - 25k.

Arriving flight to SFO significantly delayed, so had to take an Uber to the hotel anyway - 3 AM arrival, and their shuttle bus apparently stops around 1AM

Hotel itself was fine, staff friendly, room clean, etc.

On the Plus side, I am so tired that sleep should be good on the TPAC now.

Thanks to all for the info.
