My understanding is at least at Hanoi there are NO fee-free ATMs within the International terminal

Hopefully I can credit card my way onto bus 86 and hit a city fee-free ATM with my EQBank card - I also have TD Bank (US) Premier Account (which doesn't look like they offer it anymore) issued with Canadian info - like Schwab they refund ATM fees and charges no FX as long as you keep US$2500 balance
